LEGENDRY ACKAH BLAY OBSERVES ONE WEEK OF THE LATE WIFE

One of the best guitarists and highlife singers Ghana has ever known, Ackah Blay lost his wife, Mrs Akosua Dorothy Blay on Monday December 12, 2016 at the 37 Military hospital.

He made the sad news during an interview which he later disclosed that his wife did not show any signs of sickness prior to her death.

Narrating the series of events which happened from Saturday, December 10 before his wife’s death, The “Take Away” singer said:

“On Saturday, I was at church rehearsing with the band and choir for Sunday church service when I had a call that she had been rushed to the La Paz Community Hospital. When I saw her condition upon my arrival at the hospital, I requested that she should be transferred to 37 Military Hospital. They accepted my plea and transferred her around 11pm Saturday. From that 11pm Saturday till the time she died on Monday, she was in coma – she couldn’t tell anybody what happened to her.”

And today marks the one week celebration of the late Dorothy Blay which is happening at Ackah Blay’s resident at Tabora Scorpion Junction.
