The Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Multichoice Awards in association with Multichoice presents its fifth edition of (AMVCAs) to celebrate its 2017 best film makers, actors and technicians in the television industry, the 2017 AMVCAs will be held in Lagos a suburb of Nigeria on the 4th and 5th of march.
AMVCAs aired its 2017 nominees yesterday in Lagos at star studded event, that triggered a lot of controversies when the Ghanaian movie” Ghana Must Go” received four nominations in the following
categories with the ace actor Kofi Adjorlolo being nominated for Best Supporting Actor in Drama and series.
Godwin Ashong is nominated for the best art director, whiles Asantewa Clara Ajoa is nominated for the best costume designer and Frank Rajah for the best director for the same movie (Ghana Must Go).
Meanwhile, “A Trip to Jamaica” was nominated as the best movie whiles 96 days and 76 leads the 2017 AMVCAs with 22 nominations in 13 categories.
