Ghana's only female comedian has said it's a bit difficult a task rubbing shoulders with fellow males comedians.
Jacinta who just graduated from Pentecost University College in an interview with Stone on 1000 degrees mentioned that getting gigs to play in the comedy industry is very difficult considering the fact that the industry is dominated by males.
The comedian also said people who give her gigs to perform also want her to do that as charity as they request of her to perform for free.
“aah but you is it not just fooling you are coming to fool” she said.
Jacinta later advised people who seek the services of entertainers to pay them because that’s what put food on their table.
She however stated that the industry is now growing and all this happenings are stepping stones.
When asked how the future looks for her, she answered "the future is bright with or without DUMSOR"
Jacinta is the only heavyweight female comedian in Ghana and she a brand from Ghana that the world should watch out for.
