MTV BASE MOSHITO 2018 DEMO PRESENTATION IN JOHANNESBURG, SA


Aspiring musicians are invited to enter the Moshito MTV Base Demo talent search under the sponsorship of Moshito Music Market at Moshito Music Conference & Exhibition 2018.
This once in a lifetime opportunity will support with launching new talent to the heights of fame with support from Moshito and Viacom International Media Networks Africa channel brands, MTV Base and BET. The winner will receive a career starter pack filled with all the essential tools worth over a R100 000. This includes a professional demo recording, professional biography, a music video to be
aired on MTV Base and BET along with their music sampled to local radio stations to help them zoom up the ladder.

 The auditions are open to all aspiring musicians. To qualify, all it takes is to purchase a Moshito Music Conference 2018 ticket at Computicket, Checkers or Shoprite from R200 and be at Bassline, Newtown in Johannesburg on 3 September 2018 to showcase your demo. A panel of judges made up of industry experts including musicians, radio compilers and celebrity guests will judge the talent and select the 20 with the most promising potential. The qualifying 20 will then be called back on the 7th September 2018 where the winner will be crowned the 2018 Moshito MTV Base Demo winner.
A grooming process follows to polish the new talent and pave the way as a sparkling star set to be unleashed to the industry.
